- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 en économie, finance ou supply, avec si possible l'expérience des mécanismes financiers de marchés,
- Vous possédez 8 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum,
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de l'outil informatique en général, la connaissance de PowerBI serait un plus,
- Vous maîtrisez les méthodes de calcul de risque ou a minima vous avez une appétence pour les chiffres,
- Vous excellez parlez parfaitement l'anglais et le français.
- Concevoir et décliner les indicateurs de risque et de performance adaptés, permettant d'analyser et de suivre l'exposition des filiales/BU,
- Exploiter les reporting, quotidiens et /ou mensuels," risque de marché " reçus des filiales / BU: contrôler l'exposition et le respect des limites, analyser l'efficacité des activités de couverture (naturel et papier), obtenir les explications nécessaires auprès des Middle Officer des filiales / BU sur les évènements impactant la gestion du risque et leurs conséquences financières,
- Construire une synthèse des courbes d'exposition et des faits marquants des filiales / BU en gestion active à un rythme,
- mensuel à destination du Directeur SL
- trimestriel à destination du Comité des Risques de Marché de la Branche M&S (CORMA)
- Préparer et instruire, en collaboration avec les référents PRISM, les dossiers de risques de marché à analyser en CORMA et à valider en CDMS (Directive, règles internes, délégations de limites de position...),
- Prescrire dans le cadre du développement des outils les données et fonctionnalités nécessaires au développement des rapports de performance de la gestion des risques et en assurer la maintenance et l'évolution avec STRS/SL/DSC,
- Participer, le cas échéant, au déploiement avec les Référents Supply et Maitrise des Risques de Marché, de l'outil " calendrier de pricing PRISM " dans les filiales/BU qui s'engagent dans une gestion active de leurs risques de marché,
- Appuyer les Référents Supply et Maitrise des Risques de Marché dans leur mission d'aide auprès des filiales / BU notamment afin de bâtir/ réviser leur cadre de gestion des risques de marché (calcul/évolutions des Positions Statiques de référence).
- Participer à la diffusion de la culture de gestion des risques de marché dans la Branche,
- Animer le métier de Middle Officer dans la branche M&S, à travers la communauté CARMA, en diffusant les best practices et en s'appuyant sur le réseau des Midddle Officers de la Compagnie,
- Améliorer le contrôle et la compréhension du résultat Supply des filiales / BU,
- Assurer la formation et le maintien des compétences en gestion des risques de marché en filiales / BU,
- Définir, en collaboration avec les RH, les postes de Middle Officer nécessaires en filiales / BU et les former,
- Assurer le back up des autres fonctions du Middle Office Branche le cas échéant.

Candidate ProfileVous aurez pour mission de :
L'environnement de la Branche Marketing & Services (MS) est constitué de marchés hétérogènes en termes supply et législatifs, qui subissent une forte volatilité des prix et qui sont très concurrentiels.
Les marges sont sous pression. La Branche doit donc se doter d'outils pour défendre ses marchés et sa profitabilité.
Le Middle Officer Branche apporte son expertise aux filiales engagées dans un processus de gestion des risques soit 50% des flux du M&S à ce jour.
Il est garant de la méthodologie de calcul et d'analyse de la performance de la gestion des risques de marché de la branche M&S.
Il a en charge le suivi des risques de marché consolidés au niveau de la Branche.
