- Organiser et coordonner des audits conformité & opérationnels des TPA, avec les souscripteurs et gestionnaires sinistres (réalisation des audits et rédaction des rapports)
- Assurer le suivi des visites d'audit, et suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations
- Référencement de nouveaux TPA : mise en œuvre du processus de certification - élaboration et négociation des contrats de délégation de gestion, en collaboration avec le service juridique, les souscripteurs, des opérations et sinistres.
- Suivi des partenariats avec les TPA : respect des standards AIG – suivi de l'activité et de la qualité de gestion (traitement des réclamations et suivi des fraudes)
- Mise en place et revue des outils et process de monitoring de nos partenaires
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles

Profil recherché
Bénéficiant idéalement de premières expériences professionnelles dans les métiers de l'assurance (sinistres, services, commercial, production...), vous préparez à la rentrée un Master en Audit, Contrôle Interne, Conformité, Gestion des Risques, et recherchez une entreprise pour un contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois.
