- Traitement des commandes clients : saisie manuelle des réassorts, passés par téléphone, mail, traitement des commandes informatisées (portables des commerciaux, EDI, Excel)
- Gestion du portefeuille clients (Région Sud + Clients) : suivi logistique (stocks, livraisons, ruptures produits), communication avec les Responsables Grands Comptes, renseignements aux clients
- Utilisation logiciel Excel : Traitement de fichiers Excel pour créer des commandes M3
- Réclamations : Traitement des retours ou litiges dans MyScm communiqués par les clients, ainsi que ceux saisis par les commerciaux
- Gestion des appels téléphoniques : Renseignements à apporter aux clients, aux commerciaux, aux salariés, prise de commandes
- Veille au respect des conditions de vente : prix, délais de livraison, moyens et conditions de paiement,
- Rend compte au Responsable administration des ventes des commandes reçues, du traitement des réclamations et des ruptures, et de son portefeuille clients
- Doté(e) d'un grand sens du relationnel, et orienté(e) clients
- Réactif(ve) et capable d'analyser les situations
- Synthétique, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
- Une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire
- Un diplôme de niveau Bac
- Une bonne maitrise des outils informatique
- Une bonne connaissance d'Excel
