Job Description
Nous recherchons, pour notre site de production basé à Soignolles-en-Brie (77), un.e Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) de 18 mois.
Intégré.e au sein de l'équipe ADV vous aurez en charge la gestion d'un portefeuille de commandes clients France mais aussi internationaux.
Ceci recouvre les missions principales suivantes :
- Répondre aux offres sur listes de prix
- Enregistrer les commandes dans l'ERP (Neuf, retour de neuf et études)
-Gérer la relation client, en jouant le role d'interface entre les services internes, commes, études, atelier de production, logistique, serive import export et le client
- Traiter les litiges
- S'assurer de la bonne exécution des commandes dans les délais (respect du ZOTD) et le respect des contrats
- Réconcilier les indicateurs de ponctualité
- Réaliser les réunions de suivi avec les clients
- Participer à la réduction des impayés
Ce poste requiert mais une connaissance des notions de commerce international (incoterms, crédit documentaire,...)

Job Requirements
Bac +3 - commerce, Gestion de production
Expérience dans des entreprises industrielles et de production
Bon sens de l'écoute et du relationnel
Informatique : maitrise des outils de bureautique, très bonne connaissance des outils de gestion de production (ERP type M3, SAP)
Très bonne maitrise de l'anglais afin d'échanger efficacement avec vos interlocuteurs à l'international
