- Vous êtes diplômé d'une formation supérieure type Bac+5 en compta / Finance / Contrôle de gestion ;
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle supérieure à 3 ans hors alternance ;
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement les applications bureautiques Excel, PowerPoint - SAP R3 et Business Objects
- Vous parlez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Collecter, contrôler, consolider, analyser et commenter les résultats mensuels des différentes unités opérationnelles de la Direction Lubrifiants (Gestion directe) ;
- Estimer l'impot ;
- Réaliser et diffuser les documents de synthèse et de communication: flash, analyse d'évolution des résultats, business review mensuelle, prévisions de clôture ;
- Effectuer le rapprochement mensuel entre le résultat comptable consolidé et celui du reporting.
- Collecter les résultats mensuels de la ligne de métier Lubrifiants Monde. Assurer le suivi de la répartition de résultats par activité (Auto/Indus). Procéder aux analyses ponctuelles ;
- Réaliser et diffuser le document de synthèse ;
- Participer à la fiabilisation des éléments traités en questionnant les zones.
- Consolider et contrôler les informations demandées aux contrôleurs de gestion métiers ;
- Préparer les documents de synthèse qui seront présentés dans les réunions budgétaires.

Assurer le reporting mensuel de l'activité Lubrifiants :
Elaborer le budget des CMO et procéder au suivi trimestriel du BFR
Assister le contrôleur de gestion central dans l'élaboration du processus budgétaire :
Au sein de la Branche Marketing & Services, vous êtes sous la direction du Responsable du département budget contrôle de gestion.
Vous assurez la production, l'analyse et la communication des reportings, analyse et documents de la phase budgétaire.
Tout en veillant à la mise en œuvre des procédures adaptées garantissant la fiabilité et la ponctualité des réalisations.
Vous contribuez à fournir auprès des décideurs les instruments de pilotage et de contrôle des opérations.
