    • Job purpose: ProductLife Group is diversifying its offering and investing to build a new leader in life sciences consulting , "PLG Consulting ".

    ProductLife Consulting's addresses the most critical challenges and opportunities of life sciences companies by offering Strategy and Enterprise transformation consulting services.

    The Engagement Manager will lead the delivery of Strategy and Operations consulting missions within a project team in the Pharma, Medtech and private equity sectors and participate in Business Development.

    Your role:

    As a member of our consulting team, you will help our clients address business-critical issues, and support executive level decision makers in finding solutions to answer complex strategic challenges:

    > You will contribute to a wide range of projects in the Pharma, Medtech and private equity sectors, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing

    > Support the client in determining their strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute it

    > Lead a team of consultants, to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives, ensure deliverables quality and coach junior team members

    > Perform data analysis and translate it into concrete insights and recommendations

    > Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders

    > Build relationships between ProductLife Consulting and the client project team

    > Actively involved in business development activities in support of Partners, participating in the elaboration of proposals as well as in Bid defense, but also developing own network.

    About you:

    > You have 6+ years' experience in strategy consulting or investment banking

    > You are specialized in life sciences or Pharmacy either by training or through work experience in a similar role

    > You are analytical, pro-active and solution oriented

    > You are comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be

    no definitive "right" answer; Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment

    > You are a confident, natural communicator

    > You are keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client

    > You are interested in long-term strategic thinking and the implementation of any business improvement recommendation

    > You are a team-player, and adapt easily to changing circumstances

    Your background:

    > You hold a Master degree in Engineering, Business Economics, Management, or in Pharma + Master degree from a top tier school

    > Full fluency in English and French
