    Quandela is a European start up that provides photonic quantum computers that are modular, scalable, energy-efficient and accessible both on the cloud and on premise.

    Our team of 85 employees, specialises in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications. We offer a wide range of services, from developing the most efficient and brightest single photons sources, to creating algorithms for quantum computers and providing cloud quantum computing solutions.

    Quandela plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner in the quantum transformation of industrial sectors such as energy, finance, pharmaceuticals, and transportation. Furthermore, we are esteemed collaborators within the academic and research community.

    • Following a successful €50 million fundraising in 2023, we are now scaling up our commercial ventures alongside our ongoing research endeavors.
    • Quandela has been chosen to participate in the French Tech 2030 program, which aims to bolster French companies pioneering groundbreaking innovations.

    We are looking for a motivated and talented Strategy Talent Acquisition intern to join our team .

    What will you be responsible for?

    As our Strategy Talent Acquisition intern, you will have the opportunity to support the development and execution of our talent acquisition strategy. You will work closely with our CHRO to identify talent needs, source candidates, and drive recruitment initiatives.

    You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our company values and goals.

    We are 85 and plan to be 120 in one year, you will be part of this change

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
    • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., online platforms, networking events, referrals)
    • Provide support in creating and reviewing job descriptions
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

    Requirements

    You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You have a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employer branding and identifying and attracting top talent to a high-growth organization.

    Experience or coursework in talent acquisition or HR is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential in this role. Fluency in both French and English is highly desirable.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
