    L'hôtel Villa Marquis, member of Melia Collection , hôtel 5 étoiles entièrement rénové et situé en plein cœur du Triangle d'Or, des grands magasins et de la Tour Eiffel est à la recherche de son futur talent en tant que que Réceptionniste F/H.

    Quelles seront vos missions ?

  • Accueillir les clients et effectuer les formalités d'arrivée et de départ
  • Conseiller et être à l'écoute des attentes et besoins du client
  • Participer à la préparation des arrivées et des départs du jour et des jours suivants
  • Participer au suivi et à la résolution des plaintes clients
  • Tenir le standard téléphonique
  • Participer à la centralisation des données relatives aux inscriptions et aux règlements
  • Participer à la gestion et au suivi de la facturation et des encaissements

    • Quel est votre profil ?

  • Une expérience similaire ou dans le département de l'hébergement dans un hôtel de luxe serait appréciée
  • Bon niveau d'anglais
  • Très bon relationnel
  • Rigueur et bon sens de l'organisation
  • Esprit d'équipe

    • Conditions de stage

  • Stage de 4 à 6 mois rémunéré
  • 35h/semaine
  • 2 jours de repos consécutifs/semaine
