- Provide technical expertise and advice to new and existing clients to develop a close, long-term relationship that ensures specifiers integrate our solutions into their tender documents.
- Identify, track and secure specifications on key projects within France.
- Presentation of products, promotion of services, calculation and specification tools to relevant planners and specifiers (early involvement in both tender and secured projects).
- Provide solutions to design challenges that fully comply with accepted standards and the industry codes of practice.
- Specification activities linked to the Industry (energy audits, energy efficiencies, standard optimization...). Knowledge in TIPCHECK is a plus.
- Support to the sales and marketing, providing market knowledge to the commercial team.
- Provide internal and external technical training (webinars or live training),
- Support R&D department with feedback from the market and support with technical knowledge, therefore, create new solutions to meet client's needs.
- 5+ years of proven success in sales of technical solutions to technical engineers and specifiers, ability to discover and define technical requirements and present solutions,
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or Bachelor degree with good professional experience in the insulation business,
- Experience in the business of technical insulation as a plus, network in the specifiers as a plus,
- Knowledge in HVAC markets and applications, passive fire protection and acoustics serves as an advantage,
- Ability to travel several days a week all over France, and a few days per year internationally, a valid driving license,
- A Team player, strong communicator with the ability to listen, recognize and understand customer needs,
- Innovative, agile, proactive, entrepreneurial, and relationship-oriented approach,
- French native speaker / English language needed at professional level (B2) / Knowledge of additional languages considered as a plus,
- Able to work simultaneously on several projects and under deadlines, having a high degree of self-initiative and persistence.
