    Description

    Agently est une agence spécialisée dans l'élaboration et la mise en place de stratégies Social Media & Influence depuis +4 ans. Nous accompagnons des clients comme Europcar, Happn, Sony Music, Guerlain ou encore Bolt.

    L'agence compte 6 créateurs de contenu en exclusivité dans l'agence, et +800 talents activés / an.

    PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

    • Vous justifiez d'au moins 2 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire : Talent Manager, Agent indépendant.
    • Vous avez un portefeuille de talents déjà existant, dans des relations personnelles et /ou professionnelles.
    • Vous êtes organisé(e), proactif(ive), et créatif(ive).
    • Vous aimez les échanges prospects & clients. Vous êtes passionné(e) par le digital et plus particulièrement l'influence marketing.
    • Une première expérience dans une agence de communication / influence / publicité ou régie publicitaire est recommandée.

    MISSIONS

    • Développement du pôle dans sa globalité : recrutement de nouveaux talents & interne (Talent Manager) dans l'objectif de croissance globale de l'agence.
    • Gestion des talents exclusifs à l'agence : demandes entrantes, prospection commerciale, événements & tournages, accompagnement sur le contenu & l'image.
    • Relation talents & marques dans l'objectif créer de nouveaux projets à impact positif.
    • Recrutement & gestion de nouveaux talents selon des secteurs et critères en particulier.
    • Rendez-vous (visio & physique) avec vos prospects - clients - talents pour leur présenter les stratégies Social Media & Influence personnalisées pour atteindre leurs objectifs.
    • Participer à la création & mise en place des stratégies sur les opérations commerciales.
    • Superviser le bon déploiement des campagnes commerciales et leur suivi opérationnel, en collaboration avec les différentes équipes (chefs de projets, planneur stratégique...).
    • Assurer une veille concurrentielle & stratégique à 360° sur l'émergence de nouveaux talents : Instagram - TikTok - YouTube.
