- Suivi et alertes sur les situations de shortages
- Suivi des lancements avec les équipes Marketin, Supply Chain & Visuel Merchandising.
- Définition de l'offre produit par magasin en collaboration avec les régions
- Propositions agiles de revues d'assortiments suivant l'actualité et les performances des régions
- Accompagnement et pilotage de l'écoulement des créations en fin de vie
- Garant de la bonne santé des indicateurs stocks niveau monde
- Contact privilégié d'une région spécifique pour tous les sujets relatifs au département merchandising
- Accompagnement des ambitions et des plans d'actions des régions
- En charge de mener des sessions de forecast collaboratif régionaux
- Responsable du respect des guidelines merchandising en région
- Participation aux sessions de prévisions de ventes internationales
- Participation aux préparations S&OP
- Assurer la bonne visibilité des créations avec l'équipe VM
- 3 ans d'expérience dans le Merchandising dans une fonction Central ou Regional.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et maîtrise d'Excel + Pack Office.
- Ouverture d'esprit, curiosité, avec un fort attrait pour l'univers Joaillerie.
- Autonomie, esprit d'entreprise et orienté(e) solution/résultats.
- Capacité à gérer de nombreux projets simultanés.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et esprit d'équipe : capacité à gérer la communication avec différents interlocuteurs et gestion transversale.
- Maîtrise de l'Anglais et du Français.
- La connaissance d'Anaplan, Microstrategy et Power BI est un plus.

Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Marketing International, et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Merchandising International, vous mettrez en œuvre la stratégie produit et développerez votre catégorie en mettant en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vous serez également le contact privilégié d'un scope géographique pour tous les sujets liés aux missions et au projets du département.

Définition des assortiments et des ressources :
Définir l'assortiment magasin pour proposer la meilleure représentation de la Maison tout en assurant l'efficacité opérationnelle
Soutient du business et des merchandiseurs en régions :
Projets transverses :
Participer à des nombreux projets transversaux avec les autres départements en apportant sa connaissance globale de l'activité
