Marketing Manager Skin Health Southern Europe & France.

  • This position reports to the Southern Europe Head of Marketing and is based at our Paris or Madrid offices.

What will you do
As a Marketing Manager, you are working within the Southern Europe Cluster Marketing Leadership Team.

You are responsible for driving the Skin Care brands portfolio growth model in the region, reporting to the Head of Marketing for Southern Europe, while developing a Skin Health Mkt High Performance team and leading Southern Europe Skin Care Cross Countries Squad.


  • Internally, you are a key partner of both Regional (EMEA) and Global marketing teams and work closely with Southern Europe commercial team.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1.

Planning and implementing Cluster Skin Health strategy

  • Full accountability to deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans
  • Driving the growth of the brand or portfolio across the Southern Europe Cluster
  • Partner with senior management, lead markets and cross functional teams in creating a robust End to End Skin health strategy for the cluster
  • Conduct business reviews with the markets identifying new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary.
  • Monitor market, brand and competitor performance. Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind market evolution, share and sales performance, in order that ongoing recommendations can be made to the business
  • Lead the 3YOP Plan for Skin Health brands
  • Work closely with EMEA squad to echo the needs of the cluster in regard to pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, commercial innovations, assets / content /claims development for the cluster
  • Lead & implement the E2E skin health portfolio, pricing, promotion and communication strategy across the cluster.

2.

Build the communication strategy that gears towards a faster digital transformation

  • Aimed at building brand love, penetration and high ROI in a omnichannel modern marketing world.
  • Anchored into a omnichannel ecosystem designed to boost digital and HCP recommendation for brand equity, personalized relationship and driving ecommerce sales.
  • Partner with agencies to continuously evolve the way skin brands interacts with its wide audience (Existing and new)
  • Collaborate with Brand Activation teams and healthcare professional teams
  • Continuously evolve agency ecosystem and ways of working to deliver best in class creative.

3.

Develop a beauty culture across all functions of the regional organization

  • Consumer insight generation based on close and continuous consumer listening (social, trends, external partners, and competitive landscape)
  • Be the Skin Health Cluster Squad Leader
  • Build an agile team structure and ways of working.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional crossfunctional teams, ensuring ongoing alignment and engagement.
  • Work with cross functional teams in identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives
  • Work closely with Brand Activation team in the markets to understand local needs, trends, capturing opportunities and driving profitable growth.

4.

Ensure the accomplishment of all the applicable legislation and regulatory requirements both local & regional and J&J Policies and procedures, related to Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety.

What we are looking for

Qualifications:


  • Business related undergraduate degree required. Master in business or marketing specialization preferred but not required.
  • Professional English required. Fluency in second language (Spanish, French, Italian) is preferred but not required.
  • Multicultural background is preferred but not required

Experience Required:


  • Strong and proven expertise and results in Skin Care, preferably in Pharma environment
  • Both Strategy and Execution experience
  • A strong grasp of strategic marketing is required, with experience of all the key brand disciplines.
  • Experienced marketing in a digital world, (i.e., social media, ecommerce, analytics, online) is required.
  • Advertising / campaign development experience is required.
  • Experience working on international organization is preferred but not required.
