- Définir le budget des ventes pour le périmètre alloué. Analyser et justifier les écarts entre le budget prévisionnel et le réaliser. Définir les actions de la stratégie commerciale. Valider les budgets des ventes des différentes portefeuilles clients de son équipe
- Informer / Alerter le N+1 des événements importants et données clés relatifs au développement commercial
- Contrôler et valider les propositions commerciales de son N-1 avant la soumission dans SFDC
- Etre force de proposition dans l'amélioration continue des processus du service commercial (dans le respect des règles du Groupe). Assurer le suivi et le respect des indicateurs de performances
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients afin de développer le portefeuille client et le chiffre d'affaires. Avoir une solide connaissance du marché 'orienté vers l'avenir'': concurrents, prix, produits. Etablir une solide relation avec le client, afin de pouvoir annoncer un éventuel futur calendrier d'appel d'offres pour JE.
- Piloter les négociations de prix en assurant le niveau de profitabilité imposé par le Groupe
- Fixer les objectifs individuels du N-1 en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale validée par le Management
- 15 ans d'expérience dans la vente au sein d'une entreprise manufacturière internationale (automobile de préférence), avec des connaissances techniques pertinentes.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, axé sur les résultats et sachant faire preuve de resilience
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de négociation
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Volonté de voyager et de se déplacer chez les clients (minimum 60%)
- Familiarité avec les équipementiers automobiles et Tier 1 serait un grand avantage
- Connaissances approfondies des techniques de communication et animation d'équipe
