- Analyse environnementale : Evaluer l'impact environnemental de la production et de l'utilisation de la poudre d'aluminium en s'appuyant sur les méthodes d'analyse de cycle de vie
- Comparaison avec les solutions concurrentes : Comparer les différents produits concurrents à la poudre d'aluminium produite par Constellium
- Recommandations et Implémentation : Formuler des recommandations pour optimiser l'utilisation, la production, le choix des matières premières, du packaging, du mode de transport, etc. pour réduire l'impact environnemental du produit et mettre ces recommandations en place.
- Supply Chain : Participation à la gestion et à l'optimisation des processus d'approvisionnement et d'expéditions de nos produits.
- Qualité : Participation à la résolution des actions correctives et préventives ainsi que l'élaboration des améliorations.
- EHS : Contribuer à la promotion de la culture sécurité, à la conformité réglementaire et à la réduction des impacts liés à notre activité.
- Connaissance des principes de l'analyse de cycle de vie et des impacts environnementaux
- Bonne aptitude à l'utilisation des outils informatiques (suite Office)
- Curiosité et attrait pour les nouvelles technologies

MISSION :
Contexte du projet :
Depuis , Constellium développe des alliages d'aluminium spécifique pour le marché de la fabrication additive. Également connue sous le nom d'impression 3D, la fabrication additive révolutionne de nombreux secteurs industriels, offrant des possibilités de conception et de production innovantes. Les solutions développées par Constellium pour ce secteur rencontrent un succès important sur le marché de la fabrication additive et ouvre un champ large de perspectives d'évolution et de croissance.
Cette activité est aujourd'hui pilotée par une petite équipe au sein d'un grand groupe avec un fonctionnement proche de celui d'une start-up tout en bénéficiant des outils, de la structure et du support d'un groupe multinational.
Notre équipe recherche un·e alternant·e motivé·e et passionné·e pour rejoindre notre projet dans le cadre d'un programme d'alternance de 3 ans portant sur l'analyse de cycle de vie de la poudre d'aluminium utilisée en fabrication additive. Cette alternance vous amènera à découvrir plusieurs métiers au sein d'une équipe dynamique dans un domaine en plein essor.
Description de l'Alternance :
En tant qu'alternant·e, vous serez impliqué·e dans l'étude de l'impact environnemental de la poudre d'aluminium utilisée dans la fabrication additive. Les différents sujets évolueront tout au long du programme et incluront :

PROFIL :
Niveau d'études : Etudiant·e en cycle d'études supérieures en ingénierie orientée sciences environnementales ou dans un domaine connexe.
