- la définition et l'élaboration des actions de communication de la gamme (contenus, plans de publication, campagnes produits) ;
- l'alimentation de la stratégie digitale pour (contenu, création de persona, mise en place de scénarii d'automatisation) ;
- l'accompagnement actif des équipes locales dans le déploiement des initiatives issues du plan d'action marketing corporate ;
- l'analyse des ventes et des résultats au regard des objectifs et du potentiel marché ;
- la mise en place des actions correctrices si nécessaire ;
- l'analyse des besoins des praticiens (VOC) et des évolutions du marché ;
- la participation active à la définition de la stratégie Marketing sur un plan global/corporate ;
- la participation active au process NPD sur les projets impliquant la gamme (user needs, cahier des charges, business case, milestones, interaction avec les équipes locales tout au long du process...) ;
- la collaboration étroite avec les équipes R&D, règlementaires, médicales ;
- la création et l'entretien du réseau de leaders d'opinion et influenceurs digitaux à l'international, travailler activement avec les équipes des Affaires Scientifiques dans le cadre des collaborations scientifiques, assurer le parfait respect du cadre légal (DMOS / Sunshine Act...) ;
- la représentation du groupe lors des congrès et réunions d'experts.

Vous appréciez les environnements multiculturels, transversaux et complexes.
