    Perfectly located at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula is situated in the heart of Paris, close to famous landmarks, museums, and luxury shopping districts. The hotel offers 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. The Peninsula Paris is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its prestigious team.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform functional tests on equipment such as electrical and telephone networks, lighting, kitchen, and plumbing.
    • Replace worn or faulty parts.
    • Maintain the building's aesthetic appearance.
    • Assist with technical issues in the front and back office.
    • Prepare work based on provided documents like building plans and maintenance schedules.
    • Address customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

    PROFILE:

    • Strong diagnostic skills.
    • Effective customer communication.
    • Practical and theoretical expertise in various areas like electricity, plumbing, and HVAC.
    • Demonstrate precision and organization in tasks.
    • Fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English.
    • Ability to handle emergencies.
    • Previous experience in a similar hotel setting.
