Votre mission :
Dans le cadre de l'équipe centrale du projet WALLIS 2 en charge du CORE MODEL de la solution : Accompagne le référent du domaine Achat pour la conception des processus métiers cibles, le contrôle et la validation des solutions mises en œuvre par l'intégrateur ainsi que l'accompagnement des utilisateurs finaux.
· En lien permanent avec les experts métier de l'équipe et les autres experts Oracle du projet, il :
· Contribuer à orienter le métier vers des processus standards, simples et harmonisés
· Livrer l'expression de besoin et valide les interfaces et les états complexes du domaine
· Identifier, remonter et suivre les défaillances de l'application auprès de l'intégrateur
· Définir les solutions de contournement pour les manques fonctionnels et soumettre les recommandations d'évolution
· Contribuer à la rédaction et la validation des documents utilisateurs permettant de sécuriser le bon usage de l'application ; assurer le support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs
· Contribuer aux migrations des données sur le domaine
Dans une phase ultérieure, en charge de la cohérence fonctionnelle de la solution Achats :
· Assistance Maitrise d'ouvrage : lien entre les métiers, les projets de déploiement et l'intégrateur sur l'ensemble des phases : conception détaillée, réalisation, validation et déploiement
· Evaluer et tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités mises à disposition à l'occasion des montées de version de l'application sur le domaine
Les livrables :
· Dossier de conception générale et détaillé du domaine Achat (Self-Service procurement, Purchasing, AP) maintenu et validé
· Référentiels du domaine maintenus et documentés
· Définition des rôles requis par les utilisateurs du domaine documentés
· Validation des cahiers de recette et pilotage de l'exécution des phases de test utilisateurs Rapports OTBI et spécification des rapports opérationnels et décisionnels du domaine Et contribution aux autres livrables du domaine Achat
