Description
Notre équipe Menway Ingénierie et Tertiaire de St Vulbas, agence spécialisée en recrutement de profils qualifiés, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un(e) Technicien(ne) SAV itinérant en CDI.
Sous la supervision du responsable SAV, vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes :
Les 2/3 du temps en déplacements : nationaux et Europe principalement :
Réaliser l'installation des systèmes industriels conçus par l'entreprise, sur les différents sites clients, ainsi que la mise en route
Réaliser également les interventions de dépannage et d'entretien
Remplir les rapports d'interventions
Et 1/3 du temps en sédentaire au sein de l'atelier (basé dans l'ain)
Gérer les stocks de pièces détachées
Réaliser en atelier les expertises et réparations des appareils renvoyés par les clients
Participer aux montages et câblages de nouvelles machines
Les plannings d'interventions sont établis à l'avance, permettant à l'équipe SAV de pouvoir s'organiser en amont de ces déplacements et découchages.
Les contraintes organisationnelles de chaque technicien-ne SAV seront prises en compte du mieux possible par la société pour la mise en place de ces plannings d'interventions.
Selon la localisation des interventions sur sites clients, les déplacements et découchages durent habituellement entre 2 et 3 jours.
4 à 5 fois par an, vous pouvez intervenir en Europe ou autre continent, avec des découchages plus longs.
Pour ce poste, nous recrutons une personne titulaire d'un diplôme en maintenance des systèmes industriels ou Electrotechnique.
Vous êtes à l'aise dans la relation clients et appréciez les postes polyvalents.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'analyse, vos qualités relationnelles et votre sens du travail d'équipe.
Des compétences en mécanique et électricité industrielle sont principalement recherchées.
Contrat : CDI
Salaire : 3000 à 3500 € bruts mensuels
