- Effectuer une surveillance du portefeuille existant par rapport aux tendances du marché et proposer des actions correctives en vue d'améliorer la croissance et la rentabilité du portefeuille ;
- Travailler en bonne coordination avec l'ensemble des équipes techniques, commerciales, administrative, marketing et sinistres ;
- Tisser et maintenir de bonnes relations commerciales avec les partenaires courtiers ;
- Participer, concevoir, animer des réunions et des formations techniques auprès de nos partenaires courtiers et/ou clients ;
- Dans le respect de la politique de souscription et des objectifs de l'équipe, participer à de nouvelles initiatives de développement de produits ;
- Analyse des risques, montage de programmes d'assurance internationaux et nationaux ;
- Etude des clauses contractuelles, tarification, négociation ;
- Suivre le process de validation interne avec le HQ.
- Jeune diplômé.e d'un Master en Droit des Assurances, Finance ou d'une Ecole de commerce
