    • Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS:

    Développement du portefeuille client

  • Garantir une expérience client d'excellence en magasin tout en veillant à la bonne application des procédures internes
  • Offrir une expérience de vente d'exception au client dans le but de dépasser les objectifs de vente du magasin
  • Savoir mettre en avant les produits à travers le storytelling de la Maison

    • Leadership & Engagement

  • Soutenir le(s) manager(s) en créant un environnement de travail inclusif avec une culture orientée client
  • S'assurer de la réalisation des objectifs définis et des KPI's
  • Soutenir le(s) manager(s) en développant la connaissance produits des équipes

    • Opérations

  • Expert des procédures Ralph Lauren, de la gestion de la trésorerie et capable d'interpréter les dashboards
  • Former l'équipe sur les procédures de la Maison
  • Coordonner et soutenir les initiatives marketing

    • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

    PROFIL:

  • Dynamique, passionné et un esprit d'équipe axé sur les résultats
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement en constante évolution
  • Vous avez déjà managé une équipe
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication
