    Ceci est une offre pour un contrat en ALTERNANCE. Vous devez être titulaire d'un BACCALAUREAT et remplir les critères d'éligibilité. L'ISCOD, spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, spécialisée dans les télécommunications par satellite, son Assistant(e) Administration des ventes, en contrat d'apprentissage, pour préparer l'une de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par l'Etat de niveau 5 à niveau 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 ou Mastère/Bac+5).
    Optez pour l'alternance nouvelle génération avec l'ISCOD Vos missionsContrôler, organiser, gérer et enregistrer les contrats de vente conclus par l'entreprise Coordonner et administrer l'expédition des commandes Veiller à la satisfaction client Missions annexes en appui à l'é des commandes : Facturation et livraisonGestion de lignes prépayées : Devis et facturation, activation/rechargement, bilans ponctuels pour quelques clients clés, état de SIM demandés par les administrative : Constitution des dossiers de location, tenue et mises à jour des fichiers internes, accueil clientè et achats : Enregistrement des cartes SIM, pointage et réception du matériel en stock, : Relance des impayés Vous êtes le ou la candidate idéale si :
    Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit exigé ;Une langue supplémentaire serait un maitrise des outils informatiques : Boîte mail Outlook, PGI Cegid, suite Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Travail d'équipe, communication, rigueur, organisation, réactivité, gestion des priorités.
    Vous êtes éligible à une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation)Poste basé à Levallois Perret, département 92Rémunération selon niveau d'études + âge
