- Align the TN&H clinical strategy and execution plan with health business strategies for humans and pets.
- Ensure that all clinical operations, including safety and efficacy evaluations, are in compliance with Good Clinical Practices, scientific guidelines (EFSA, US FDA), and utilize up-to-date scientific methodologies to provide timely and high-quality clinical data supporting health solutions.
- Collaborate with health scientists and marketing teams to align clinical strategies and operations for different health segments, providing expert guidance.
- Coordinate and support internal scientific teams in the development of study protocols and ensure all relevant documents, such as patient brochures, consent forms, and study reports, are readily available.
- Manage and oversee credible external partners, including universities, CROs (Clinical Research Organizations), and capsules/products manufacturers, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of clinical activities. Proactively identify and address risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed.
- Consolidate and report on the global TN&H clinical portfolio internally, implementing best practices, especially when conducting local clinical or real-world studies.
- Manage the clinical budget, including annual definition and ongoing management.
- Collaborate with scientists, regulatory experts, and marketing teams to translate preclinical and clinical scientific findings into clear and impactful communications, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
In this newly created position, you will play a crucial role in delivering scientifically based and differentiated health solutions in the form of food ingredients and services. You will be responsible for aligning the clinical strategy and execution plan with health business strategies for both humans and pets. Additionally, you will ensure that all clinical operations, including safety and efficacy evaluations, adhere to Good Clinical Practices, scientific guidelines, and up-to-date scientific methodologies.
Job Purpose and Impact:
We are searching for an accomplished professional with the following qualifications and attributes:
A high level degree in life sciences/nutrition with significant and relevant experience in the development of nutraceuticals and health products, including expertise in clinical phases 1 to 4.
In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and proficiency in statistical analysis. Familiarity with Real World Evidence data generation would be considered a valuable asset.
The ability to align clinical strategies and development efforts with scientific, business, and regulatory objectives.
Demonstrated experience in translating complex scientific findings in nutrition and health into clear and compelling communications, suitable for both internal and external audiences.
Proven track record in effectively managing Service Providers, including Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and scientific consultants, along with experience in collaborating with academic partners.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
