Applicants should have a proven track record of success in roles related to sales, marketing, or business development. Strong scientific and technical knowledge of health active ingredients and their applications is essential. The ideal candidate will possess insight into emerging trends and opportunities within the health and wellness landscape.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong internal relationships is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a willingness to travel as needed to engage with regional teams, partners, and customers (50%).
