Le poste est basé à Boulogne-Billancourt, rattaché aux Professional Services.
Vous rejoignez notre équipe déploiement de la solution de paie HR Ultimate , composée d'une vingtaine de consultants fonctionnels et chefs de projets, et pilotée par Delphine et Samira. L'équipe est spécialisée dans la mise en place et le déploiement de notre solution de paie medium market (500 à 3000 salariés environ) chez nos clients.
Votre mission ? Coordonner et piloter ce déploiement, assurant ainsi la satisfaction de nos clients et la réussite des projets. Ces projets de déploiement durent entre 4 et 9 mois, et vous pouvez être amené à piloter jusqu'à 3 projets simultanément.
En tant que chef de projet déploiement SIRH, voici vos missions :
• Animer une petite équipe constituée de 1 à 2 consultants fonctionnels, en assurant leur accompagnement et leur développement professionnel. Vous pouvez également mobiliser des prestaires externes en cas de besoin (cabinets de conseil partenaires, freelance...)
• Piloter un portefeuille de clients medium market, en veillant au respect des engagements contractuels des parties prenantes et à la satisfaction client.
• Animer les instances projet avec les opérationnels clients, telles que les comités de projet, les comités de suivi, et les ateliers pour aborder des problématiques spécifiques.
• Conseiller le client vers les meilleurs choix organisationnels, fonctionnels et économiques pour le déploiement de la solution de paie.
• Gérer le budget des projets, en garantissant la maîtrise des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et de la rentabilité.
• Veiller à la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie de projet, en assurant la création de supports d'analyse, l'établissement de planning, le suivi via des tableaux de bord et la rédaction de comptes rendus.
• Coordonner les projets dans le respect des normes internes de l'entreprise , et interagir avec tous les membres de l'écosystème Cegid (support, commerciaux, etc.).
Profil
• Vous justifiez d'une première expérience de pilotage en tant que chef de projet SIRH, idéalement au sein d'un éditeur/intégrateur ou d'une société de conseil,
• Vous possédez un excellent relationnel, capable d'animer, de faciliter et de coordonner, avec un très bon niveau de communication et un fort sens du service client.
• Vous êtes reconnu pour votre organisation, votre capacité à prioriser les tâches et votre rigueur.
• Vous avez une écoute active , vous permettant de comprendre les besoins et attentes des clients et des membres de votre équipe.
• Vous êtes u n leader avec le sens du collectif.
