Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines et des Responsabilités Sociales, le/la stagiaire est rattaché(e) à la Direction des Affaires Sociales de SAFRAN. Il s'agit d'un stage international dans les domaines des relations sociales, des ressources humaines et du droit du travail, en liaison avec les équipes opérationnelles des ressources humaines dans différents pays et avec les équipes des ressources humaines et des responsabilités sociales du groupe Safran.
Ce stage vous donnera une vue d'ensemble du groupe et de ses activités, ainsi que des différentes réalités culturelles et juridiques. Il offre la possibilité d'être impliqué sur divers projets dans un grand nombre de pays : préparation de nouveaux accords d'entreprise européen, aspects juridiques des nouveaux projets dans les domaines tels que les ressources humaines, la RSE, l'organisation de l'entreprise, etc.
Mission
- Préparer la documentation, réaliser des benchmarks et contribuer à la rédaction de nouveaux projet d' accord d'entreprise internationaux en vue de réunions de négociation.
- Apporter un support légal social dans la préparation des réunions du Comité d'entreprise européen et des comités internationaux liés aux accords internationaux de Safran.
- Préparer le tableau d'information mensuel pour les responsables RH opérationnels : un résumé des évolutions légales et des contextes de relations sociales dans les pays ou au niveau de l'Union Européenne.
- Réaliser des analyses juridiques du travail local avec l'aide de juristes internes ou externes : sur les exigences légales du pays pour permettre la mise en œuvre de nouveaux projets du groupe (RH, IT, RSE, changements d'implantation/d'organisation, etc.)
- Participer à la conception et au déploiement d'un nouveau programme de formation interne sur les relations sociales internationales, destiné aux responsables internationaux des ressources humaines de Safran.
Le/la stagiaire assistera à diverses réunions sociales avec les représentants des salariés, à des réunions de négociation ou à des réunions avec les équipes RH. Il y aura également des contacts avec des avocats internes, des avocats externes, des coordinateurs RH dans les zones ou les pays (Royaume-Uni, Allemagne, Asie, Amérique du Nord, Mexique, Afrique du Nord, etc.)
- Participation aux aspects sociaux de certains projets de fusion et d'acquisition de Safran.

This internship will provide an overview of the Group and its activities, as well as the different cultural and legal realities.
- Contribute to the drafting of new international collective agreement drafts for negotiation meetings.
- Support the legal aspects preparation of meetings: European Works Council and international committees
- Prepare a digest summary of countries or European new labor laws & labor relations contexts evolution, covering countries where Safran operates.
- Carry out local labor legal analyzes with the support of internal or external lawyers;
The internship will attend to various Labor meetings with employees representatives, negotiation meetings or HR meetings.
Your profile : prepare a degree in Human Resources or International/European Labor Law or Industrial Relations (Bachelor/Master).
