    Analyst, Healthcare Investment Banking

    Paris - Full time

    Location: Paris

    Start Date: ASAP

    • Job Description:

  • Broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs and Private Placements
  • Pan-European clients and transactions
  • Working with highly innovative and transformative growth companies
  • Cross-border deals with our international teams
  • Executing transactions
  • Building origination and business development skills
  • Supporting senior bankers and contributing to the overall development of the franchise

    • Requirements:

    We are seeking individuals with the following skills:

  • Minimum 12 months' investment banking/corporate finance experience (internship experience will be considered)
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Fluent French and English
  • Proven Tier-1 modelling and Excel skills
  • Outstanding academic track record from a recognised college or university
  • Exceptional analytical and financial skills
  • Time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
