    Job Description

    Notre client, leader de l'électronique Grand Public, recherche pour sa division téléphonie BtoC : un Gestionnaire Administration Des Ventes pour une mission d'intérim de longue durée.

    Sur un portefeuille de clients défini, vous prendrez en charge les missions suivantes :
    • Enregistrement des commandes (EDI),
    • Vérification des disponibilités des produits,
    • Gestion des commandes internes (marketing, sales, retail),
    • Analyse et mise à jour de portefeuilles de commandes selon les plans de livraison,
    • Mise à jour et suivi du plan d'approvisionnement selon le retour de la supply chain,
    • Prise de rendez-vous de réception avec les clients (mail ou site web),
    • Création et mise à jour des BL,
    • Suivi des livraisons en contact avec les clients,
    • Coordination entre les différents services : commercial, logistique, crédit...,
    • Traitement des litiges en lien avec les services concernés,
    • Reporting hebdomadaire auprès de la direction,
    • Optimisation des plans de livraisons pour réduire les coûts de transport,
    • Mise à jour et envoi du suivi des prévisions au prestataire DHL.


    Profil

    Fort d'une première expérience en Administration des ventes (5 ans), vous êtes rigoureux et autonome. Vous avez déjà travaillé sur SAP et vous maîtrisez également Excel. Enfin, vous justifiez d'un bon niveau d'anglais pour des échanges ponctuels et des meetings.
