- Etablir, mettre à jour les différents reporting quanti/quali de la formation (satisfaction ES, évaluation des connaissances ES...)
- Analyser et animer les reporting pour mieux sensibiliser à la performance
- Contribuer à la conception et à la mise à jour des parcours de formation autour des offres, produits et de la technique de vente (présentiel et e learning)
- Réaliser des vidéos formatives
- Construire et/ou améliorer les dispositifs d'évaluation des formations (contenu et animation)
- Construire et/ou améliorer l'évaluation des connaissances/ compétences des apprenants (à chaud et à froid)
- Aider dans la conception des supports de communication (vidéo, infographie, présentation)
- Assister le Resp. Formation sur différents projets transverses à la Direction Qualité et Développement DCO.
