    Description

    Responsibilities

    ·Satisfaire le client en réalisant les services d'étalonnage dans les délais prévus, conformément aux instructions des techniciens en chef ou des superviseurs.

    ·Saisir avec précision les données dans la base de données de suivi.

    ·Créer des fiches techniques d'étalonnage de manière précise et efficace, avec une supervision minimale, sur la base des spécifications de l'instrument et des procédures d'étalonnage approuvées.

    ·Remplir toute la documentation relative aux exigences des clients, aux rapports, à l'ISO et aux autres systèmes de qualité.

    ·Interagir avec le client pour les éléments nécessitant une réparation ou un étalonnage limité.

    ·Appliquer les compétences professionnelles acquises ainsi que les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise pour mener à bien les tâches qui lui sont confiées.

    ·Effectuer des étalonnages de complexité moyenne à élevée, des mesures de DP, des mesures d'usage général et certaines mesures de RF.

    ·Créer des budgets et des fiches techniques

    ·Effectuer les réparations de base et la maintenance préventive

    ·Effectuer des interventions sur le site du client ainsi que dans le centre de service.

    ·Agir fréquemment en tant que représentant principal de Tektronix auprès du client.

    ·Se conformer aux politiques et procédures du système de gestion de la qualité dans l'exécution de son travail.

    ·Effectuer d'autres tâches de soutien au laboratoire, selon les besoins, de manière efficace et ordonnée.

    ·Connaissance de base de Met cal.

    ·DUT Mesures Physiques, Master en Engineering, Licence en Métrologie.

    ·2-4 Ans dans le domaine de la métrologie ou de l'instrumentation

    Required Skills and Competencies:

    ·Doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle

    ·Doit posséder de bonnes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale.

    ·Capacité à travailler sur des missions de nature semi routinière, tout en reconnaissant la nécessité occasionnelle d'effectuer des étalonnages par d'autres méthodes acceptables

    ·Maîtrise de Windows, de Microsoft Office et des applications Internet, en particulier d'Excel.

    ·Capacité à voyager en fonction des besoins pour améliorer ses compétences personnelles et se former, ainsi que pour répondre pleinement aux besoins d'étalonnage des clients.

    ·Doit satisfaire aux exigences de conduite d'un véhicule de l'entreprise (permis de conduire (B) valide et dossier de conduite vierge).
