    Otium Capital (1,5Md€ sous gestion) est l'un des pionniers de l'investissement en France et à l'international. Société de participation familiale bénéficiant d'un horizon d'investissement illimité, Otium a réalisé plus de 100 investissements depuis 2015, dans de nombreuses entreprises en forte croissance dont Payfit, Silvr, Owkin, La Fourchette, TheBradery.

    Le poste est à pourvoir au sein d'une de nos participations : Comet Software, un éditeur de logiciels métiers ayant levé 60m€ auprès d'Otium Capital.

    Participez à la création et au développement d'un leader du secteur de plus de 100 millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires à horizon 5 ans, à travers l'acquisition de 3 à 6 éditeurs de logiciel par an (le groupe est déjà composé de quatre éditeurs et €14M de chiffre d'affaires).

    Description du poste :

    En tant que Head of Finance de Comet Software, vous accompagnerez l'équipe dirigeante dans la définition de la stratégie financière, de structuration et d'intégration du groupe.

    Exemples de missions :

    - Coordination de l'intégration opérationnelle, financière et fiscale des sociétés du groupe ;
    - Mise en place d'un reporting centralisé ;
    - Gestion des relations avec les institutions financières et les banques de financement pour la levée de dette ;
    - Gestion de la trésorerie et du cash pooling ;
    - Budget des sociétés du groupe et business plan ;
    - Participation aux levées de fonds ;
    - Mise en place d'un ERP groupe pour le suivi de la performance financière ;
    - Support ad hoc sur les sujets RH ou d'exécution M&A (e.g. suivi de la due diligence financière).

    Profil recherché :

    Profil recherché :

    - Bac+5 en finance d'entreprise ou comptabilité (Grande Ecole de commerce idéalement) ;
    - Expérience d'au moins 6 ans en tant que CFO adjoint, Head of finance ou Transaction Services dans un cabinet de premier plan type BIG 4 ;
    - Capacité démontrée de gestion de plusieurs projets menés en parallèle ;
    - Forte autonomie et ambition ;
    - Volonté de s'inscrire dans un projet entrepreneurial ambitieux.

    Poste basé au centre de Paris. Déplacements ponctuels en France et pays limitrophes à prévoir.

    Salaire compétitif avec participation à l'equity.
