    Your role

    Your mission is to grow our B2B real estate financing business in France in a systematic and scalable way. You will do so by securing deal flow, typically 10-100m€ financings, and ensuring good execution. The digital process is our key USP but clients will rely on your expertise and market knowledge to support the transactions. As our activity grows, you will grow a team to enable continued growth. You will report directly to Philippe Cayrol, the Group CEO.

    Skillset

    • Experience in real estate financing in particular in France, but ideally in other EU countries as well
    • Proven ability to originate and execute transactions
    • Ability to create data-driven strategies and efficient scale-up processes
    • Proven team leader
    • Mother tongue French, strong English communicator with the ability to represent the company in France with C-level executives, mastery of German or Spanish a plus
