- Advise on Anti-Bribery and Corruption (Sapin II law), Sanctions, Risk mapping and Vigilance duty regulations and perform compliance assessments
- Coordinate the Global Regulatory watch of the legislations under the perimeter
- Foster a compliance environment and raise awareness to all employees regarding the risk associated of non-compliance
- Guarantee the compliancy with local applicable regulations under surveillance
- Design, ensure implementation by the team and maintain the different processes assigned to compliance: Ethics, Anti-bribery, Sanctions, Conflicts of interest, Criminal laws
- Proceed compliance related requests such hand gifts and entertainment declarations, conflict of interests cases
- Perform compliance due diligences and screening on third parties
- Review and follow up the compliance risks (evaluate the impact on the operational risks model of the entity)
- Coordinate AXA GO's report and escalation of any relevant change in regulations subject to generate additional risks or needs inside AXA Services perimeter
- Perform compliance reports under the perimeter
- Provide training to stakeholders in the perimeter
- Develop and adapt AXA GO policies on data privacy in accordance with applicable laws.
- Develop and create appropriate privacy policies, consent forms and information notices and materials reflecting current organization and legal practices and requirements.
- Adopting and implementing detailed requirements or guidelines to assure a compliant handling of specific matters related to data privacy
- Design complaints procedure. Detailed guidance as to how employees and non-employeesTraining and providing juridical consultative advice to all the areas and departments of the entity in question with regards to Data Privacy matters
- Updating and controlling a records of processing activities (both as Data Controller and Processor) containing all data processing in use and current information about purpose).
- Perform Data Privacy assessment and sign-off when satisfied on compliancy with local applicable laws
- Coordinates and collaborates with the teams in charge to respond to requests for access to and correction of personal information and general issues concerning personal information ( rights of access, rectification, cancellation and similar requests).
- Support on drafting internal or external data privacy agreements
- Reviewing and monitoring business activities and vendor contracting and negotiations
- Attendance at Data Privacy, Security or similar Committees
- Coordination and management of responses to incidents involving Personal Data ( Unauthorized access or disclosure)
- Permanent Control: Ensuring on a regular basis that data processing applications and processes are still compliant.
- Communication and reporting to the local data protection and compliance authorities and other relevant regulators, attendance at authority inspections, handling audit submissions and other information submission requirements
- Build on a strong working relationship with the management of the compliance & governance function, guaranteeing the global needs of the organization.
- Build on the relation with the AXA GO local governance bodies, other Axa entities
- Coordination with the local Risk, Security, Legal, HR, Physical Security, IT Operations, Finance and Internal Audit function on Data Privacy and Compliance matters
- Keeping Senior and Business Management informed about their responsibilities regarding Data Privacy and Compliance
- Monitors both local and other relevant Data Privacy and Compliance related regulations impacting AXA, especially AI regulations
- Creates an environment that promotes compliance and Data Privacy
- Draft and negotiate compliance and data privacy clauses in internal and/or external contracts,
- Draft, implement and deliver trainings, policies, procedures, process and awareness actions on data privacy and compliance topics;
- Draft on compliance and data privacy reports, including internal controls and risks reports or maturity assessments;
- Answer to internal and/or external audits;
- Support the business function and team in designing the mitigation plans and the monitoring of the effectiveness of the plans;
- Provide a relevant monitoring of risks assigned to be under surveillance;
- Provide proper communication toward the different stakeholders (at group and entity level) ;
- Participate in reinforcing the collaboration with the other 2nd line teams;
- Support business functions for topics related to compliance and data privacy activities ;
- Participate in studies and a strategic watch on data privacy and compliance topics, such as AI or ethics. Your Profile

·A previous Data Privacy / Compliance experience (at least Master graduate or equivalent – Legal or IT Security)
·+ 5 years of professional experience (preferable including contract negotiation)
·Ability to draft complex legal documentation in English
