- Vous êtes le/la partenaire privilégiée du comité de Direction Viatris Santé France et le contact principal des fonctions Business et fonctions support.
- Vous Développez, initiez, maintenez et révisez les politiques et procédures dans le cadre du programme de Compliance et de ses activités connexes, et soutenez les départements opérationnels dans le développement et la communication de politiques et procédures nouvelles.
- Vous êtes le conseiller permanent des employés de l'entreprise à propos des règles de respect des politiques et procédures de Compliance applicables au sein de l'entreprise.
- Vous Collaborez avec le Service Compliance Europe, afin d'identifier les besoins en matière de formation à la conformité, et afin d'élaborer des programmes de formation à la Compliance. Vous formez les collaborateurs de l'entreprise sur un large éventail de sujets liés à la Compliance.
- Vous soutenez l'équipe Global Compliance Investigations pour les enquêtes menées en France.
- En accord avec l'équipe d'évaluation et de suivi des risques, vous menez fréquemment des activités d'évaluation des risques dans le pays et vous travaillez sur des activités de suivi trimestrielles des interactions avec la communauté des soins de santé, y compris l'identification, la recommandation et la mise en œuvre d'améliorations des pratiques existantes et d'autres actions correctives ou préventives.
- Se tenir au courant des changements juridiques et réglementaires, et des bonnes pratiques du secteur en matière de Compliance et s'efforcer de mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues dans le programme de Compliance de l'entreprise.
- Dans le cadre d'acquisitions ou de cessions, vous apportez un soutien aux activités de Compliance en France.
- Pharmacien ou issu d'une formation supérieure en sciences de la santé avec une spécialisation en économie de la santé (Master), vous disposez d'une expérience de 10 ans minimum dans l'industrie pharmaceutique sur des postes de responsabilité en Compliance.
- Vous détenez des compétences fortes en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
- Vous avez un esprit collaboratif, d'équipe et la capacité à travailler en transverse.
