    To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date at our location in Paris:

    Liability Underwriting Assistant (m/f/d)


    Job Description

    • To handle a portfolio of existing contracts and issue new contracts: lead and coinsurance business (including international programs).
    • To perform preparatory technical analysis to underwriting decisions.
    • Underwriting support during all phases of portfolio management.
    • To check underwriting agreements.
    • To check and validate the wordings of standard contracts negotiated by the underwriter.
    • To prepare covers notes and insurance certificates.
      •
    • To gather all data necessary for the issuance of contracts and invoices.
      •
    • To ensure the quality of the data recorded in the IT systems.

    Qualification

    • Bac + 4 or equivalent.
    • 3 years minimum experience.
    • Good knowledge of the Insurance industry
    • Customer orientation, commercial and negotiation skills.
    • High self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
    • Good ability for self-organization.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
    • Solid handling of MS Office applications.
    • Very good French and English language skills (business fluent).
