- Préparer et consolider la clôture mensuelle (contrôle de l'interface des données paie vers le logiciel de reporting, estimation de la masse salariale, suivi des effectifs, des KPIs RH et élaboration de tableaux de bord)
- Analyser les écarts des coûts salariaux et des effectifs du mois en cours par rapport au budget et à la prévision du mois précédent
- Assurer la cohérence entre les coûts salariaux, la planification des effectifs et l'évolution de l'activité
- Construire le budget de l'année suivante et accompagner les différents sites et autres acteurs impliqués dans son élaboration
- Consolider et analyser le bilan social annuel
- Prendre part aux process annuels de développement RH impliquant le Contrôle de Gestion Social (consolidation et revue des augmentations individuelles des cadres)
- Participer à différents travaux d'analyses selon les besoins et actualités (étude de diversité, étude des rémunérations par pays)
- Formation niveau BAC /5 en Ressources Humaines ou en Contrôle de Gestion
- Rythme d'alternance souhaité : 1 semaine école, 3 semaines entreprise
- Contrat en alternance d'une durée de 1 à 2 ans
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
- Maîtrise du pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques et fonctions recherches)
- Une 1ère expérience en gestion administrative RH ou réalisation d'analyses/études RH serait appréciée
- La connaissance de SAP-RH est un plus
- Rigueur, autonomie, capacité d'analyse, aptitude à communiquer dans un environnement international, à établir un bon relationnel
