- Conduire des essais de validation sur les développements électroniques, firmware et logiciel pour vérifier leur fonctionnement dans diverses situations.
- Effectuer des essais spécifiques en fonction des besoins, y compris l'interopérabilité des produits, les topologies de réseau, la cohabitation des protocoles, etc.
- Identifier et résoudre les causes des problèmes techniques, en utilisant une approche analytique pour déterminer la source des problèmes et développer des solutions efficaces.
- Rédiger des comptes rendus détaillés sur les résultats des essais et les problèmes techniques résolus.
- Fournir des conseils d'expert à nos clients et partenaires internationaux sur nos produits électroniques et leur mise en œuvre.
- Assurer un support technique de haut niveau sur les incidents, en travaillant pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes et minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
- Diplôme supérieur en audiovisuel, électronique ou informatique.
- Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire dans l'industrie audio-pro.
- Maîtrise des problématiques de réseau.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Fort sens du service et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Anglais bilingue requis, pour communiquer efficacement avec nos clients et partenaires internationaux.
