- Vous assurez le fonctionnement et la maintenance des appareils.
- Vous êtes impliqué(e) dans le fonctionnement du laboratoire : commandes, contact avec les fournisseurs, réservation d'appareils...
- Vous participez à la formation des collaborateurs à l'utilisation des équipements et à l'application des protocoles.
- BAC +3 dans le domaine « Biochimie – Chimie analytique » (exemple : Licence Pro en chimie analytique).
- Vous avez acquis une première expérience significative (> 3ans) dans le domaine de la R&D.
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques de chromatographie, liquide (HPLC) et gazeuse (GC), une expérience en spectrométrie de masse est un plus.
- La connaissance et/ou la pratique des techniques d'analyses de produits alimentaires et/ou naturels ainsi que de matrices biologiques constitue un plus.
- Vous avez une pratique régulière de l'anglais technique à l'oral et à l'écrit. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques et statistiques.
- Orienté(e) R&D, votre curiosité, votre sens critique et votre esprit de synthèse sont vos atouts majeurs.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur scientifique et votre sens de l'organisation.
- Conscient(e) de l'importance de la communication et du reporting, tout en étant autonome sur votre poste, vous faîtes preuve d'esprit d'équipe et d'initiative.

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous renforçons l'équipe analytical science & discovery et cherchons un technicien de recherche en chimie analytique . Il contribue au succès des projets R&D par la réalisation d'analyse physico chimique nécessaire au développement de nouveaux procédés et de nouveaux produits.

Vous réalisez à l'échelle laboratoire les analyses physico chimiques nécessaires au développement de nouveaux produits (levures, extraits de levures, bactéries...) et à leur caractérisation
