- Etudier la brevetabilité des inventions
- Réaliser des veilles concurrentielles ou technologiques
- Réaliser des recherches d'antériorités
- Rédiger des demandes de brevets
- Conduire des procédures d'obtention et de défense des droits attachés aux brevets devant l'office français et les offices étrangers
- Réaliser des études de liberté d'exploitation
- Gérer les dossiers de contentieux/ précontentieux
- Vous avez suivi une formation scientifique type Master, Doctorat ou Diplôme d'ingénieur ou bien formation équivalente
- Vous êtes titulaire du CEIPI
- Vous justifiez d'une première expérience de à ans dans l'industrie ou dans un cabinet de Conseil en Propriété Industrielle
- Vous êtes dynamique, efficace, rigoureux·euse et motivé·e
- Vous recherchez un environnement scale-up / start-up où vous pouvez faire preuve de polyvalence et prendre des initiatives
- Vous avez un niveau minimum C en Anglais et C en Français
