    Notre client est un spécialiste européen du petit électroménager, fabriquant et distribuant ses propres marques ou celles de ses partenaires notamment via sa filiale France.

    En tant que Sales Manager France :

    • Vous présentez votre stratégie et les objectifs associés à votre direction. Vous proposez un budget de fonctionnement permettant de mettre en œuvre votre plan d'actions commerciales et marketing,
    • Vous dirigez et animez votre équipe commerciale terrain. Vous structurez, accompagnez, conseillez et contrôlez les actions de cette équipe,
    • Vous établissez et maintenez des relations étroites avec les centrales GSS/GSA/GSB dans le respect des contrats négociés,
    • Vous supervisez la bonne mise en œuvre de ses négociations nationales. Vous (et votre équipe) apportez un maximum de valeur ajoutée (réactivité, approche-conseil, qualité de service, suivi client...),
    • Vous consolidez et développez les ventes en France,
    • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du siège (marketing, logistique, finance...) et réalisez un reporting régulier de vos activités.

    Sales Manager France, de formation supérieure commerciale, vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans les ventes idéalement de produits PEM via les réseaux de distributions (GSA, GSS, GSB).

    Vous êtes reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre sens du contact et du challenge. Vous vous distinguez par votre leadership et votre capacité à fédérer votre équipe autour d'un objectif commun.

    Vous parlez couramment anglais ; l'espagnol est un plus.
