    Les Domaines de Fontenille proposent un voyage particulier, aussi bien physique qu'intellectuel, sensoriel et initiatique. C'est un déplacement géographique et historique. Les siècles se télescopent, les distances s'amenuisent, les paysages s'enchaînent, des falaises de Minorque aux monts Luberon, des Calanques de Marseille aux collines de Toscane.

    Description du poste

    Missions principales :

    Rattaché(e) à la Direction Architecture de la Collection des Domaines de Fontenille, vous aurez pour missions (sans que cette liste soit exhaustive):

    Chef de Projet / Gestionnaire Maintenance des Hotels de la Collection - en collaboration étroite avec les régisseurs de la collection

    Préparation des chantiers

    • Coordination avec les différents services de la Collection et acteurs du projet
    • Gestion du rétro-planning des travaux
    • Démarches administratives : dépôt de permis (DP, AT, Enseigne), consultations préalables avec les services instructeurs et suivi
    • Consultation des agences d'architecture extérieures (si nécessaire): APD, PRO, EXE
    • Consultation des entreprises en coordination avec l'agence d'architecture extérieur (si présente): lancement, suivi et analyse des offres
    • Suivi du budget (estimation, optimisation, négociation)
    • Gestion de commandes matériaux, mobilier, lighting

    L'encadrement des chantiers

    • Brief architecte local / Brief TCE + partners
    • Suivi et optimisation du planning et du budget
    • Suivi du chantier (call, mail, réunion chantier, devis)
    • Respect des normes techniques et de la règlementation ERP
    • Levée des réserves et parfait achèvement

    Maintenance CURATIVE :

    • Gestion des demandes curatives des hôtels
    • Pilotage des entreprises pour chiffrage
    • Analyse technique et financière des devis et négociations
    • Pilotage et suivi des prestataires de maintenance externalisée

    Maintenance PREVENTIVE :

    • Pilotage et suivi des contrats, des audits et des visites préventives de maintenance.

    SINISTRES :

    • Pilotage et suivi des interventions et sinistres sur la Collection

    BUDGET ANNUEL MAINTENANCE (curative, préventive, sinistres) par HOTEL :

    • Suivi des budgets annuels sur l'entretien et les évolutions de la Collection
    • Être garant d'un fichier de suivi des interventions par hôtel avec une analyse des budgets / prestataires
    Profil recherché

    De formation technique ou Architecte d'intérieur, vous justifiez de minimum 3/5 années d'expérience similaire dans l'architecture / hôtellerie, et vous souhaitez vous investir dans une entreprise en développement.

    Vous êtes autonome, réactif(e), organisé(e) et vous savez gérer plusieurs projets en même temps. Vous savez planifier les différentes étapes des travaux et maintenance de A à Z.

    Vous aimez l'opérationnel et l'exécution, vous savez faire preuve d'agilité et d'anticipation dans la gestion de projets.

    Vous savez parfaitement intégrer les contraintes de budget et mener une négociation.

    L'esprit de synthèse, le sens de l'observation, la polyvalence et la curiosité sont autant de qualités requises pour ce poste.

    Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir sur le terrain (France & Europe).

    La compréhension des enjeux de l'hôtellerie, le sens du détail, ainsi que vos qualités relationnelles sont des atouts majeurs.

    Vous disposez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et saurez garantir les éléments fondamentaux de la Collection et les valeurs du groupe.

    Vous êtes familière(e) avec les réglementations liées aux ERP (sécurité, accessibilité, normes PMR) et avez de bonnes connaissances liées aux démarches d'autorisations administratives : ABF, Mairie (dépôt PC, DT...), Urbanisme ect.

    Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack office et Adobe. La maîtrise des logiciels Autocad est necessaire.

    Un anglais courant est exigé pour ce poste du fait du périmètre international des missions (France/Europe).
