    Key Account Manager e-Commerce CDI H/F

    RESPONSIBILITES

    En tant que Key Account Manager e-Commerce vous êtes chargé(e) de développer le business Coty France, Consumer Beauty (Bourjois, Rimmel, Sally Hansen...), en intervenant essentiellement sur le compte Amazon.

    Garant(e) de la stratégie commerciale et marketing, en contact avec tous les marchés, votre objectif est de travailler en collaboration avec toutes les équipes européennes, et d'animer de manière opérationnelle notre visibilité sur le site, au travers des lancements, des différentes stratégies médias et promotionnelles.

    Votre principaux objectifs:

  • Définir et exécuter les stratégies e-retail par marque
  • Définir et gérer le budget des dépenses ainsi que le P&L en partenariat avec la Finance et négocier annuellement les plans de visibilité e-Trade et piloter les accords
  • Analyser le marché, les performances commerciales (sell in et sell out) et investissements marketing, fournir des recommandations pour maximiser l'efficacité A&P
  • Assurer la bonne exécution des principes fondamentaux du e-retail (CARS)
  • Compte AMAZON :

    • - Activer les principaux leviers de croissance sur AMAZON : catalogue, media, promo, offre commerciale

    - Assurer l'exactitude des prévisions et de l'approvisionnement

    - Agir en tant que point de contact clé avec Amazon, en gérant et en traitant les demandes quotidiennes, et en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles internes.

    L'équipe est composée de 6 personnes rattachées au Head of E-Commerce. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs départements tels que le marketing et toutes les équipes e-commerce Europe du groupe. Tous vos collègues sont Team Player, bienveillants et collaboratifs.

    Vous avez l'esprit d'analyse et aimez négocier, communiquer et créer du lien. En tant que Key Account Manager E-Commerce expérimenté(e), vous être très organisé(e), tenace et force de proposition. Vous tirez votre énergie du travail dans un environnement international, diversifié et en constante évolution. Par ailleurs, vous :

  • Avez +4 ans d'expérience sur un métier similaire ainsi qu'un bon niveau d'anglais
  • Possédez une bonne connaissance du modèle économique d'Amazon et de son excellence opérationnelle (approvisionnement, contenu, listings, prévisions...)
  • Etes doté(e) d'une appétence pour les chiffres, vous avez l'esprit analytique et êtes force de recommandation
  • Avez une grande capacité à travailler en équipe ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
