En tant que Responsable de magasin flagship, vous adoptez un management responsabilisant, engagé et bienveillant pour accompagner votre équipe dans les tâches courantes du magasin et développer leurs compétences afin d'atteindre un objectif commun : la satisfaction client.

Intégration et formation :
Votre Coach Bleu Libellule vous intègre dans son point de vente pendant 2 semaines (lieu à définir) et vous participez également à une semaine d'intégration au siège social (dép. 30). Vous êtes formé(e) à la colorimétrie, nos produits, nos systèmes de fidélité, nos techniques de vente et à tous nos process de gestion (caisse, livraisons, stocks, etc.). Un accès illimité à notre plateforme e-learning vous permettra de poursuivre en continu et en autonomie votre formation à l'issu de ces 3 semaines.
