    If you are an International General Accountant with a minimum of years experience, the following may be interesting for you

    The International General Accountant Role

    Member of the Finance Team, managed by the Accounting & Tax Director & her Deputy, and in collaboration with Billing or Controlling teams, you are in charge of accounting for a part of our European entities.

    Recurring - Daily missions


    • Be part of the Purchase process (Order to Cash) by Checking & submitting for approval Vendor invoices in our OCR tool that automates the invoices booking into our ERP

    • Check & Approve Expense reports in our tool (synchronized with our ERP)

    • Prepare all payments to vendors or employees

    • Be responsible for bank, cash & treasury postings & reconciliations

    • Be the main contact for vendors or employees

    • Investigate Debtors Vendors

    Closing Monthly


    • Calculate & post Month End Closing entries(payroll, D&A...)

    • Complete regular Balance sheet reviews, justify BS accounts, whilst improving processes

    • Reconcile & Match All kind of accounts (general, A/P, ICO...)

    Other projects


    • Follow some KPI as cash-flowor assets

    • Preparing tax returns

    • Helping in purchases reporting production

    • Garantee internal processes

    • Be part of new tools implementation team

    It would be fantastic if you


    • Have min years experience

    • Have BAC+ or plus

    • Have IT knowledge (such as Excel)

    • Speak and write English fluently – an additional language would be an asset

    • Are organised, know how to prioritise

    • Are comfortable with accounting principles & like figures

    • Are native or fluent in French
