    Vous êtes intéressé par le développement commercial ? Vous voulez manager? Emma GALLAND, consultante chez Fed business, recrute pour un de ses clients, qui a pour but de produire des bijoux et accessoires que vous connaissez tous, son responsable régional des ventes Télétravail possible Poste basé dans l'Ouest de l'IDF CDI Vous allez gérer toutes les opérations commerciales, managériales et les ventes. Vous allez manager une équipe de 20 collaborateurs et allez gérer 200 points de vente A cet effet, voici les missions attendues : * Définir les objectifs et ajuster les actions pour chaque merchandiser * L'élaboration et le maintien d'une relation stable avec nos partenaires commerciaux (enseignes de prêt à porter ou de distribution) * L'identité visuelle de la marque: respect des règles de merchandising des bijoux * Vous allez gérer le recrutement, la formation et l'animation. * La gestion des stocks de vos points de ventes * La gestion complète du compte d'exploitation de votre secteur * Le reporting et l'analyse de la situation de votre région auprès de la direction.
    * Ce poste s'adresse à une personne qui souhaite manager une équipe terrain. * Vous avez déjà une expérience en management dans le grande distribution * Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé. * Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres * Vous êtes doté d'une une formation commerciale * Votre avez un niveau B2 en anglais au minimum * Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire (voiture de fonction) Salaire : 42000EUR + 20% de variable + Voiture de fonction
