    Pour faire face à nos futurs enjeux, nous recrutons :
    Un(e) Responsable des ventes régionales – On Trade H/F
    Vos missions
    Rattaché(e) aux directeur CHR France vous êtes chargé(e) de développer les ventes sur la région Ile de France.
    Afin d'atteindre vos objectifs vous assurez une double mission commerciale et managériale.
    Nous vous confierons les responsabilités suivantes :
    Gérer et développer les comptes clés régionaux (distributeurs CHR) par des actions de prospection et de fidélisation.
    Manager une équipe commerciale terrain.
    Assurer l'élaboration et l'animation des plans d'actions clients et leur suivi.
    Négocier des conditions commerciales au niveau régional et le cas
    échéant national.
    Piloter les partenaires.
    Assurer la conformité aux règles et procédures de l'entreprise.
    Superviser l'organisation de votre équipe et assurer le suivi administratif.
    Développer les compétences de chaque collaborateur, fixer, évaluer et formaliser les objectifs, accompagner, motiver et challenger l'équipe.
    Suivre mensuellement les performances des commerciaux
    Assurer une veille concurrentielle, sur les aspects techniques et pratiques commerciales.
    Être l'interface entre l'administration des ventes, le service marketing et les clients
    Vous êtes
    Issu(e) d'une formation commerciale supérieure de type ESC ou équivalent. Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie de 5 années minimum sur le circuit CHR où vous avez démontré vos capacités à assurer des négociations grands comptes.
    Vous avez idéalement déjà occupé un poste de manager ou vous disposez d'un leadership naturel et d'une envie d'évoluer vers ce type de mission.
    Au-delà de votre parcours, nous attachons une importance particulière à votre personnalité.
    Vous êtes rigoureux et méthodique, capable d'organiser et de gérer les priorités avec réactivité et esprit d'initiative.
    De solides compétences relationnelles, ainsi qu'un esprit d'équipe sont également indispensables.
    Poste basé en région Parisienne ; déplacements ponctuels sur toute France.
    Rémunération fixe + variable ; véhicule de fonction et avantages liés à la fonction.
