    Your mission in the team:
    You will be leading the Finance team at Allianz Direct x luko, reporting to our CEO, Fanny, to ensure a clear path to success:
    • Analyze and interpret performance metrics to align with forecasts and actively participate in strategic decision-making processes.
    • Elevate your team as a business partner to all departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
    • Ensure tax and accounting compliance at the local level, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards.
    • Oversee the Corporate Finance, Tax, and Accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous enhancement.
    Your Profile:
    Must-haves:
  • Role based in Paris.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, investment, or actuarial roles, preferably in an operational context, with prior management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English, with German language proficiency considered a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts for non-experts.
  • Proactive and self-driven individual with a strong business acumen, capable of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and collective success.
  • Innate curiosity and a continuous thirst for learning, coupled with a readiness to lead and adapt to drive ongoing improvement.
    • Nice to have:
    • Advanced accounting and audit skills to navigate complex financial scenarios and ensure meticulous compliance.
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools to enrich financial reporting and insights.
