    Multizone Sales and Education Coordinator

    Ausführung zum Unternehmen:

    CAUDALIE wurde im Jahr 1995 von Mathilde und Bertrand Thomas gegründet und ist zu einer weltweit bekannten französischen Kosmetikmarke herangewachsen. Im Jahre 1999 wurden die SPA ́s Vinothérapie mit heute 8 Spas weltweit gegründet. Im Bereich der Kosmetik mit Inhaltstoffen aus Weintraube und Weinrebe ist CAUDALIE bereits Marktführer in den französischen Apotheken. In Deutschland, dem zweitstärksten europäischen Land nach Frankreich, erleben wir eine positive Entwicklung mit einem sehr starken Wachstum.

    Zur Verstärkung des Außendienstes als Gebietsleiter suchen wir daher in Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

    Multizone Sales and Education Coordinator (m/w/d) für das Süd Deutschland

    Aufgabenstellung:

  • Betreuung der bestehenden Apothekenkunden & Parfümerien in der Region
  • Durchführung von Beratungstagen zur Verkaufsförderung am POS
  • Aufbau und Intensivierung von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Training und Motivation des Verkaufspersonals
  • Betreuung wechselnder Gebiete in der Region in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten (m/w/d)
  • Feedback und Reporting
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden

    • Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrungen idealerweise im Verkauf von Kosmetikprodukten
  • Hohe Begeisterung für den Verkauf sowie Freude in der Beratung
  • Arbeiten mit digitalen Systemen und Tools
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Argumentationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und kundenorientierte Beratung
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, wie auch selbstbewusstes und motivierendes Auftreten
  • Zielstrebigkeit, Erfolgsorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Wohnort im Gebiet
  • Im Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins
