- seeds physiology working on seed enhancement, seed disinfection, and seed protection.
- chemistry working on seed coating formulation, seed application for treatment (chemical & organic), and pelleting.
- for a team of 9 collaborators including 2 managers.
- Manage the team and the resources (OPEX & CAPEX)
- Propose and delivers projects in accordance with Limagrain & Vilmorin-Mikado ambitions.
- Develop and lead the implementation of the SeedTech roadmap and update it regularly with all stakeholders.
- Create collaboration with external partners : either Academic and Technology Platforms/Partners
- At least Master's Degrees in plant biology or agronomy.
- Management Skills demonstrated by a previous experience (5 years minimum).
- Capacity to assess and validate scientific research work
- Force of proposal, sense of customer service, autonomy, team player
- Rigor, sense of detail and quality of analysis, spirit of synthesis.

The R&D seed technology manager is part of Vilmorin-Mikado Operation team.
Operation is composed by 4 entities : supply Chain, French factory, Operation Japan (local plant, supply chain, and QC), and R&D seedTech.
The R&D seed technology department is composed of 2 labs :
Vos Missions
The R&D seed technology manager will work with all the internal departments to full fill the customers needs.
He will bring value to our external customers and innovate on some processes to gain quality, lead time, and production cost for internal customer.
The main responsibilities for the R&D Seed Technology manager will be to :
As Vilmorin-Mikado is part of Limagrain group, the R&D SeedTech will lead and coordinate the project also at Limagrain level. Such as, he/she will have a strong relation with his peers and actively participate transversely in coordination within the group.
