- Vous êtes diplômé d'une formation supérieure type Bac+5 en finance/gestion,
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle supérieure à 6 ans avec de bonnes connaissances des mécanismes comptables et trésorerie,
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral,
- Vous devrez avoir des appétences de management pour faire le back up de votre manager.
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne des opérations de trésorerie, flux d'encaissements et de décaissements.
- Traiter et valider les opérations de couverture de risques de change
- Produire l'analyse du résultat de change des de l'évolution des positions de trésoreries des filiales mutualisées
- Piloter les opérations exceptionnelles dites sensibles (augmentation de capital, closing, dividendes ...).
- Assurer et contrôler la centralisation des flux des filiales mutualisées qui remonte vers la trésorerie holding.
- Traiter et coordonner l'équipe pour un suivi des PNS très rigoureux - Participer à l'élaboration des tableaux bord mensuels et semestriels des sociétés du périmètre.
- Coordonner le suivi des mises à jour des procédures Back Office et leur mise en application.
- Contrôler le risque de fraude dans les flux financiers : être en veille permanente et mettre en place les actions de prévention sur le contrôle des flux en y associant les risques pays.
- Contribuer et veiller à l'optimisation et l'amélioration constante des outils informatiques appliqués à la trésorerie
- Travailler sur des projets ou missions confiés par le responsable du service Back office.
- Gérer les relations courantes avec les partenaires bancaires : suivre la qualité de la relation bancaire (synthèse des problèmes rencontrés, suivi des délais, optimisation des traitements et procédures).
- Coordonner et accompagner l'équipe Back-Office au quotidien et remplacer le responsable service Back office pendant ses absences et congés.

Au sein de la Branche Marketing & Services, le niveau de risque très élevé est lié à la sécurisation des transactions financières (risque de fraude croissant dans un environnement dématérialisé).
Vous serez confronté une variété d'intervenants comme des internes, des centres de profit des sociétés du périmètre, des crédit management, le Treasury Holding, le contrôle interne, et des externes comme les établissements bancaires, auditeurs et commissaires aux comptes.
Votre connaissance approfondie des flux de trésorerie et des intervenants dans la chaîne de traitement vous aidera à réagir avec rapidité et efficacité.
Vous devrez vous confronter à des contraintes de rigueur et de délai dans les traitements quotidiens (cut-off), pour la production des documents et le traitement des incidents.
Le tout avec de fortes contraintes règlementaires.
