MISSION :
Définir ta stratégie SEA et la mettre en place pour arriver à générer dans 3/4 ans 5M€ de CA sur le site e-commerce.
RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS :
Analyser l'existant pour co-construire ton futur plan marketing (nombre de campagnes à définir / types.) et proposer des optimisations dans une optique test & learn.
Créer, paramétrer tes campagnes en respectant un budget annuel d'environ 250k€
Revoir et optimiser le plan de taggage / tracking
Analyser le traffic entrant et les parcours clients en concevant les tableaux de bord avec les KPIs pertinents et proposer de nouveaux plans d'actions sur la base de ces analyses.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Passionné.e de SEA, tu as 3 ans d'expérience et tu souhaites poursuivre ta carrière chez l'annonceur, à un poste complet, associant conseil, opérationnel, analyse.
On attend de toi que tu sois opé dès ton arrivée. Tu es sur le poste car tu intègres une petite équipe e-commerce s'appuyant aujourd'hui sur le savoir-faire d'un grand groupe.
Pour te donner plus de contexte, le site e-commerce BtoC a à peine plus de 2 ans, il y a donc tout à faire et c'est vraiment le début d'une belle aventure, puisque l'équipe ambitionne une croissance de 85% (€ de CA sur 2024) et 5M€ sous 3/4 ans Ton budget conséquent d'environ 250k€ sur 2024 est là pour le confirmer, c'est le chantier 2024
Tu n'as donc pas peur de prendre les devants et d'être force de proposition suite à ton analyse de l'existant. Pas d'inquiétude, tu seras en contact régulier avec les experts du pays d'origine de l'entreprise (le Resp. Marketing et Traffic Manager). Mais c'est en anglais, donc tu dois être à l'aise avec la langue à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Ta N+1 en direct est la Resp. e-Commerce France qui est 100% du temps à tes côtés et t'accompagne de la meilleure des manières.
